THE RESTAURANT
The restaurant is the heart of the Cooperative: created from an old stable, it now consists of the historic hall, the glass room and the pergola, that overlooks the beautiful hills towards Cornigliasca.
Our menu is based on the products of the fields: our chefs create new recipes respecting local traditions.
Using seasonal vegetables and products, we offer a balanced à la carte menu, with both meat-based and vegetarian dishes.
Wine, flour, honey, meat and cured meats are produced by Valli Unite. The rest of the ingredients come from the organic farming circuit, fair trade and small local producers.
Please tell us in advance if you have food allergies or intolerances, or if you are vegan. We will do our best to prepare dishes that meet your needs. Please note that since these allergens are present in our kitchen, there is always a chance of cross-contamination.

EXTRAORDINARY CLOSURE FROM 7 TO 24 JANUARY 2025
Monday to Sunday for lunch, and Saturday for dinner.
On Saturdays and Sundays you can try our seasonal products’ tasting menu, designed by the chef.
From Monday to Friday you can join the Cooperative’s Social Lunch at 12:30.
On Friday evenings we have special theme dinners, like Giropizza or “Tutti Fuori: cibo, vino e musica”.
