The old cement serves for the
fermentation-casks of the red
wines, later on these wines will be
moved to the wooden casks.
For all white wines the
new steel is used.


 
We do soft pressing of the grapes with grape-rests
separation. This experience has allowed
us to put next to our typical Barbera Doc, Cortese Doc
and Dolcetto other wines with specific caracteristics,
by combining different and refined types of wine in
