| The Piedmont cuisine we offer you includes traditional dishes and new tastes, accompanied by vegetables in season and our own wines. Those who love classic but simple food will appreciate our antipasti of cold meats, our stuffed pasta, our barley risottos and the meats we serve for the main course, accompanied by our own bread baked in a wood oven. Our big dining room has plenty of room to welcome different groups of diners, from couples to big parties. |
| Our foods are mostly our own produce, supplemented as necessary by other organic fair traded products. |
| The restaurant opens from Friday to Sunday, and on weekdays we serve a communal meal to co-operative members and guests. |
