Its red colour ranging from light red to the deepest
ruby, the Croatina has a strong and pleasantly winey aroma, with a typical
taste: dry, pungent, tannic and full-bodied. This is a wine well-suited
to white meats, pies and pastries, hors d'oeuvres that are not based
on fish, and to milder cheeses.
