A ruby red colour, with vinous tones reminiscent of the colours of the harvest, 20% of the grapes that go to make up this wine come from other species of vine. These different grapes are put together before the wine is pressed. This is an inspired ensemble, easy on the palate. A dynamic touch of acidity gives life to the wine, and its balance of flavours has been highly appreciated.

Our agricultural Co-operative, with our deep commitment to our land, has come together with a group of friends who are revitalising popular music: the Brisca Band. Under their influence we have become more aware of the need to have a wider perspective that takes into account current social and economic unrest. We believe the marriage of wine and music makes a good starting point for thinking about solidarity.

33% of the profit from the sale of this wine goes to a social change project chosen by the Co-operative Valli Unite in consultation with specialists in the field of solidarity, and this commitment will last 'until we have drunk up this wine'.
